SENIOR EXECUTIVE - BRAND & INNOVATION (M/F/D)

For an established international manufacturer of technical products and system solutions for commercial, public and industrial applications, we are looking for an experienced executive to assume responsibility for the strategic development of a significant business area.

The position combines strategic, commercial and organizational leadership. Its central objective is to strengthen the company’s international market position, develop its product and solution offering and ensure the successful implementation of key growth and transformation initiatives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and implement the long-term strategy for an established international business area
• Identify and develop sustainable growth opportunities
• Assume responsibility for market positioning, competitiveness and commercial performance
• Oversee the strategic development of technical products, systems and services
• Translate customer requirements, market developments and technological trends into clear business priorities
• Manage and prioritize major investments and strategic initiatives
• Ensure effective cooperation between commercial, technical and operational functions
• Lead and develop a sizeable, multidisciplinary organization
• Establish clear governance, responsibilities and performance standards
• Drive organizational development, change and continuous improvement
• Represent the business area internally and externally
• Work closely with the company’s senior executive leadership

YOUR PROFILE

• Relevant university degree, ideally in engineering, technology, business administration or a comparable discipline
• Substantial leadership experience in an international B2B technology or manufacturing environment
• Responsibility for a sizeable business unit, division or several interconnected functions
• Proven track record in developing and implementing growth strategies
• Experience managing complex technical products, systems or solutions throughout their lifecycle
• Strong commercial understanding combined with a sound grasp of technology
• Experience leading international and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to navigate complex organizational and stakeholder structures
• Sound judgment regarding investments, priorities and market opportunities
• Demonstrated success in organizational development and change
• Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic and implementation-focused leadership style
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in a technically sophisticated sector serving commercial, public or industrial customers would be advantageous
