Job Description
Integrated Dermatology is a leading national Dermatology practice that acquires and partners with Dermatology practices across the United States. The culture at IDG is a reflection of its people. - Perform non-invasive cosmetic procedures such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and laser treatments (ex. Venus Freeze, Venus VIVA, etc.), if certified.
- Conduct consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Recommend and educate patients on appropriate skincare products and regimens.
- Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and optimal outcomes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment area.
- Accurately document treatments and patient interactions in accordance with office protocols.
- Stay informed about cosmetic procedures offered in the practice and make appropriate referrals to providers.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Friendly, professional, and well-organized with strong attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus. Sales experience in skincare products is desirable.
Job Type:
- Full-time: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of an accredited aesthetician or cosmetology program.
- Current and valid aesthetician license in the state of practice.
- Laser certification (required for applicable treatments and locations).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an Aesthetician in a clinical, dermatology, or medical spa setting.
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality skincare services and patient education.
