🌟 About our Client: Our client is a growing digital marketing agency specializing in search engine optimization. They help businesses improve their organic search performance through technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies, supported by clear reporting and close, ongoing client relationships.
✍ Short Description: We are looking for an SEO Account Manager to own client relationships and act as the main point of contact for SEO strategy and performance. In this role, you will lead client calls, explain rankings, traffic, and technical findings in simple terms, and confidently address questions and feedback. You will analyze SEO performance, turn data into clear recommendations across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, and work closely with the internal team to move each client's strategy forward. This is ideal for someone who combines hands-on SEO knowledge with strong communication and a calm, solution-oriented approach.

💼 Responsibilities:
Manage ongoing communication and relationships with SEO clients.
Lead client calls and confidently address questions, concerns, and challenging feedback.
Provide guidance and recommendations across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
Analyze SEO performance and explain findings, rationale, and expected impact to non-technical stakeholders.
Build and maintain client dashboards and reports using SE Ranking, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute client SEO strategies.
Manage tasks, documentation, and communication using Asana, Google Drive, and Slack.

💡 Qualifications:
Proven hands-on experience in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
Experience independently managing SEO client accounts, ideally in an SEO or digital marketing agency.
Ability to analyze SEO performance and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Experience leading client calls and handling objections or challenging questions professionally.
Ability to explain complex SEO concepts in simple terms and answer questions spontaneously in English.
Experience with SE Ranking, Semrush, or Ahrefs, plus Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Familiarity with Asana, Google Drive, and Slack is a plus.
Experience working with clients who are knowledgeable about SEO is a plus.
