Job Summary:

• Seeking a Senior Specialist 7 to 11 years of experience with strong expertise in Sapiens Policy (P&C) to manage production support activities

Job Description:

• The role involves handling production tickets troubleshooting and resolving complex issues and ensuring system stability and performance.
• The candidate will collaborate with cross functional teams to support integrations across Policy Billing and Claims modules implement enhancements and drive continuous improvements
• Additionally, the role requires adherence to best practices proactive monitoring and ensuring high-quality support for the Sapiens Full Suite environment

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Requirements elicitation analysis and documentation
• Provide L2 production support for Sapiens Policy (P&C) modules ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues ensuring system stability and minimal downtime
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand issues and support process improvements
• Coordinate with Billing and Claims teams to ensure seamless integration and smooth data flow across modules
• Conduct impact analysis system testing and support deployment activities for fixes and enhancements
• Monitor system performance proactively and implement corrective and preventive measures
• Manage and prioritize production tickets ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards
• Document resolution steps technical configurations and knowledge artifacts for future reference
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and operational efficiency
• Mentor junior team members and guide them on troubleshooting approaches and Sapiens best practices
