Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines professional to join our growing team. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a book of existing commercial accounts, providing proactive renewal management, day-to-day client service, and trusted insurance guidance. This role is relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and essential to delivering the FirstMark experience.
Your key responsibilities may include:
- Manage renewals for an established commercial book of business
- Provide ongoing client care, endorsements, certificates, and coverage support
- Collaborate closely with producers, carriers, and internal teams
- Identify coverage gaps and support long-term risk management conversations
- Deliver timely, accurate, and thoughtful service to our clients
- Partner with our incredible teams to deliver a world-class, boutique client experience in every single interaction.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance experience
- Must have a current P&C insurance license in your state
- May be located anywhere nationwide but must be able to work PST hours (8-5, M-F)
- Ability to multi-task and ensure no detail gets overlooked
- Strong understanding of commercial coverages and carrier workflows
- Organized, proactive, and client-focused
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
This role starts with:
- Salary of $65,000-$70,000 depending on experience
