This position requires a highly analytical finance leader with deep commercial finance expertise, strong modelling capabilities, and hands-on experience navigating pharmaceutical revenue dynamics in a fast-growing environment. Commercial business partnering:

Lead finance activities supporting commercial launch preparation, ensuring robust planning, financial readiness, and alignment across cross-functional stakeholders. Revenue forecasting and planning:
Own the commercial revenue forecast, partnering with Commercial teams during budget, forecast, and long-range planning processes. Challenge assumptions constructively through data-driven analysis and provide recommendations to improve forecast quality.

Gross-to-net forecasting and revenue management

Own the GTN forecasting process, including model maintenance, assumption development, net revenue analysis, and collaboration with Market Access, Commercial, Technical Accounting, and external GTN partners to ensure accurate forecasting and accrual management. Supply and demand finance support:
Partner with Technical Operations to incorporate demand forecasts, inventory assumptions, and cost of goods sold (COGS) considerations into financial planning and forecasting activities.

Integrated financial planning

Collaborate with the broader FP&A team to ensure commercial forecasts, business scenarios, and strategic assumptions are accurately reflected in the overall corporate financial plan. Commercial analytics and reporting:
Develop and maintain commercial dashboards, KPIs, reporting tools, and performance analyses that transform data into actionable business insights for leadership.

Decision support and financial analysis

Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate commercial opportunities, investments, risks, and performance drivers, supporting informed decision-making across the organisation. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. MBA, CFA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent professional qualification is desirable.

Additional training in financial modelling, commercial finance, forecasting, or data analytics is advantageous.
6 to 10 years of finance experience with a strong focus on Commercial Finance and/or FP&A within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry.
~ Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical revenue forecasting and commercial planning.
~ Strong understanding of pharmaceutical revenue mechanics, including gross-to-net calculations, revenue recognition, rebates, discounts, and channel economics.
~ Experience partnering directly with Commercial, Market Access, and cross-functional leadership teams.
~ Familiarity with US pharmaceutical pricing, specialty distribution networks, and government pricing programmes is highly desirable.
~ Commercial launch experience within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology organisation.
~ Experience building forecasting models, planning processes, and reporting capabilities in a high-growth or rapidly evolving environment.

Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to develop robust forecasts and evaluate complex business scenarios. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of pharmaceutical business drivers. Advanced data analysis capabilities, with the ability to translate large datasets into meaningful insights and recommendations. Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills. Ability to challenge assumptions constructively and influence decision-making through fact-based analysis.

Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance audiences.
