Description
This role involves evaluating and analyzing risks to support the risk function in a hybrid work setting located in the Pensacola, FL or Vienna, VA area. It is a contract position lasting 6 months. The position requires a professional understanding of risk management, with responsibilities including risk assessment, data synthesis, and risk mitigation. Support the risk function by evaluating and analyzing risks of varying complexity.

Identify and implement solutions to mitigate risks. Focus on financial or operational risks and provide advice to management. Understand business needs and objectives to solve problems. Develop professional skills and proficiency with procedures and techniques.

Key Responsibilities
Plan research and develop specialized risk assessment scopes. Collaborate with management to optimize risk assessment scope development. Identify potential business risks and process deficiencies. Gather and synthesize data to present conclusions to management. Lead risk assessment and testing lifecycles for compliance and effectiveness. Qualifications
Basic understanding of business and operating environments. Knowledge of risk-based auditing techniques and methodologies. Familiarity with federal and state regulations and industry best practices.

Experience in project management skills. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience. Contact Authorization
