Executive Sales Consultant (REMOTE)

The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for the inbound sales for CROFT’s products and services. Individuals must be able to support new and existing customers. This position requires an individual to continuously learn standard concepts, practices, and procedures within processing equipment in oil and gas industry. The Inside Sales Rep performs a variety of tasks in inbound sales. Manage new and existing accounts, varying in size.

Close sales by building an effective rapport with customers; Call prospective customers and establish buying cycles to fulfill customer needs; create a customer-supplier relationship. Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments/meetings. report any general information of interest of customers. generate sales, while ensuring business segment growth and service maintaining the targeted retention rate and sales goals. Act as a resource to clients in contract opportunities and proposals. Two years in customer service and/or public speaking role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, plus able to use/learn to use other in-house technology. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to generating new ideas with the principles of continuous growth and improvement. At least two years of field sales experience in the inbound sales industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of principles and processes for marketing, sales, and business development is preferred.
