Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical background to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve industrial manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role is responsible for minimizing downtime, supporting production operations, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery, electrical systems, and facility equipment.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures and restore equipment to safe operating condition.
  • Install, maintain, and repair motors, controls, power distribution systems, lighting systems, and control panels.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and relay ladder logic.
  • Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
  • Repair and replace electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components.
  • Perform welding, fabrication, machining, and equipment modifications as needed.
  • Maintain pumps, compressors, conveyors, cranes, hoists, and other production equipment.
  • Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Complete maintenance documentation and work orders.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
  • Assist with training and mentoring maintenance team members when needed.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Industrial Electronics, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret Relay Ladder Logic (RLL) diagrams.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • 3-phase electrical systems
    • Delta and Wye configurations
    • AC/DC motors and motor controls
    • PLCs and industrial automation
    • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Experience troubleshooting digital and analog control systems.
  • Ability to use electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
  • Experience operating forklifts, cranes, and hoists preferred.
  • Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
