Innovative Home Services is seeking and experienced and caring CNA's and HHA's to provide personalized, high-quality care to our senior residents. We are looking for compassionate caregivers who take pride in their work and are committed to building meaningful relationships with those they care for.

This position is a very flexible schedule, short shifts with possible short notice requests to work.  Days to evening hour availability is a plus.

DUTIES:

• Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, toileting and exercising.
• Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated.
• Transfers and escorts residents as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Senior care - Skilled in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility support, and companionship.
• Passionate about senior care - Genuinely enjoys working with the elderly and making a positive impact in their lives.
• Flexible and Available - Able to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, possibly with short notice availability.
• Strong Work Ethic - Takes pride in being loyal, reliable, punctual, and professional at all times while providing the best care possible.
• Compassionate and Patient Centered - Dedicated to enhancing resident quality of life with respect, kindness, and attentive care.
