The Role

• Ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience and high customer satisfaction.
• Manage store operations, product availability, and drive sales performance.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team, including training future talent.
• Oversee all sales floor and backroom tasks in collaboration with the team.
• Monitor incoming goods, merchandise the sales floor, and ensure product freshness.
• Maintain high standards for produce and baked goods.

• Completed vocational training in retail, or equivalent professional experience.
