Key Responsibilities

Eagle STAR & Eagle PACE Production Support

• Provide day-to-day production support for Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE platforms.

• Monitor application processes and investigate accounting, performance, pricing, and data-quality exceptions.

• Ensure critical investment accounting and performance processes operate accurately and efficiently.

• Identify and resolve application and data-related issues affecting downstream processes.

• Support business-critical production environments and ensure timely resolution of incidents.

• Coordinate with internal technology and business teams to maintain platform stability.

Investment Accounting

• Support portfolio accounting processes across investment portfolios.

• Investigate accounting exceptions involving positions, cash, transactions, and portfolio data.

• Support multi-currency accounting processes where applicable.

• Analyze accounting discrepancies and identify underlying data or processing issues.

• Assist with resolution of accounting breaks and operational exceptions.

• Ensure accounting data is accurate and available for downstream business processes.

Performance Measurement

• Support investment performance measurement processes within Eagle PACE.

• Investigate performance calculation exceptions and discrepancies.

• Support performance attribution and benchmark-related processes.

• Analyze performance results and identify data or calculation issues.

• Work with Performance and Portfolio Management teams to resolve performance-related problems.

• Validate results and ensure appropriate data flows through downstream processes.

Reconciliation & Exception Management

• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks involving:

  • Positions

  • Cash

  • Transactions

  • Pricing

  • Performance results

  • Security master data

• Perform detailed analysis to identify the root cause of reconciliation exceptions.

• Coordinate with appropriate business and technology teams to resolve breaks.

• Monitor recurring exceptions and recommend process improvements.

• Ensure critical reconciliation issues are tracked through resolution.

Security Master, Pricing & Corporate Actions

• Support security master data processes and investigate data-quality issues.

• Assist with security setup and maintenance-related issues.

• Support pricing processes and investigate pricing discrepancies.

• Analyze the impact of corporate actions on portfolio accounting and performance.

• Work with Operations and relevant teams to resolve security and market-data issues.

• Ensure accurate data is available to downstream accounting and performance processes.

SQL & Data Analysis

• Use SQL extensively to investigate application and data-related issues.

• Query relational databases to analyze accounting, performance, position, cash, and security data.

• Perform data comparisons and validation to identify discrepancies.

• Conduct root-cause analysis using application data and Eagle tools.

• Develop queries and analysis techniques to support recurring production issues.

• Communicate technical findings in a clear manner to business and technology stakeholders.

Production & Operational Support

• Support critical production processes and business operations.

• Monitor scheduled and recurring processing activities.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processing.

• Investigate production incidents and coordinate timely resolution.

• Participate in incident management and root-cause analysis.

• Identify recurring operational issues and recommend permanent corrective actions.

• Support business continuity and operational stability.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Operations, Performance, Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Technology teams.

• Coordinate with vendor support for Eagle-related issues, defects, upgrades, and enhancements.

• Clearly document issues, findings, business impacts, and recommended solutions.

• Track vendor issues through resolution and validate fixes.

• Participate in application enhancements and release-related activities.

• Maintain strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Maintain operational procedures and support documentation.

• Develop and update troubleshooting guides and runbooks.

• Document application processes, known issues, and resolution procedures.

• Create knowledge-sharing materials for support and business teams.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of production-support processes.
