We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Sr Specialist to join our LINE of Engineering . This role is located in Pittsburgh.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts by leveraging advanced analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared goals.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and variances to provide actionable insights.
• Support the continuous improvement of financial planning processes by implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, upholding BNY's commitment to integrity and ethical standards.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 
• Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Typically 4-6 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial insights to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
