Our client is a privately owned, award winning SME developer who are well known for delivering a bespoke range of new homes in the sought after villages of Surrey and Sussex. We are working closely with the Technical Director to secure an experienced Technical Manager to lead on a flagship housing scheme in Surrey, whilst managing a strong pipeline of projects in planning stages.

The ideal candidate will bring a track record of delivering residential projects in an SME environment, used to working in a small team with frequent contact with the SLT.
