Job Title: Bioinformatics Pipeline Test Engineer
Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: Long-term
Job Description:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of NGS workflows (FASTQ, BAM, VCF)
- Experience in bioinformatics pipeline testing or QA
- Proficiency in Python scripting
- Hands-on with Git and CI/CD tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure) and data pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
