  • Assist with general administrative and office support for the Leadership Development team.

  • Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and collaborative activities to support team effectiveness and communication.

  • Assist with other Leadership Development projects and responsibilities as needed.

What You'll Gain:

  • Direct experience supporting learning and leadership development programs in a large organization.

  • Hands-on experience with internal communications and employee engagement through Workvivo.

  • Experience coordinating learning sessions, including registration, participant communication, materials, technology, and logistics.

  • Writing and communication samples that can be used as portfolio-ready examples of your work.

  • Opportunities to observe facilitation techniques, learner engagement strategies, and leadership development practices.

  • A better understanding of how employee development programs support organizational performance, culture, and employee growth.

This internship is part time and will be approximately 10-12 hours per week. Hours will be during daytime business hours, with flexible scheduling coordinated around the university semester.

This is expected to last 4 months but may be extended to a year. This is an in-person position at UTA's Frontline Headquarters (FLHQ) and cannot be conducted remotely. You will be expected to be in-person for the full duration of the internship.
