Summary:

Client is seeking a CIMcloud Platform Specialist to support a new B2B e-commerce initiative with an aggressive year-end timeline. The consultant will focus heavily on CIMcloud configuration and optimization, using native platform capabilities wherever possible while providing architectural guidance and working alongside an offshore development team.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, optimize, and support the CIMcloud B2B e-commerce platform.
• Evaluate business requirements and determine whether they can be addressed through native CIMcloud functionality or require customization.
• Maximize the use of standard CIMcloud capabilities to reduce unnecessary custom development.
• Assess existing custom-developed functionality and determine how similar capabilities should be implemented.
• Support architecture and integration decisions across the CIMcloud environment.
• Work with the existing Acumatica ERP integration and help ensure reliable data and system connectivity.
• Collaborate with the offshore development team on configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and delivery.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the new product initiative.
• Help drive key platform deliverables toward the aggressive year-end completion target.
• Partner with CIMcloud as needed to evaluate implementation approaches and platform capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with CIMcloud.
• Deep knowledge of CIMcloud configuration and native platform capabilities.
• Experience supporting or implementing B2B e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and integration best practices.
• Experience evaluating configuration versus custom development approaches.
• Ability to assess existing customizations and determine appropriate solutions.
• Experience working with ERP integrations; Acumatica experience strongly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with offshore development teams.
• Strong communication and ability to provide technical guidance on architecture and implementation decisions.
