Location: Plano, TX (4 days onsite)

We're looking for a Data Scientist who can turn business questions into actionable insights. This is a high-impact role where you'll partner with leadership, build analytical solutions, leverage AI, and drive process improvements across the organization. What You'll Do

• Transform business challenges into data-driven solutions
• Develop predictive models, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Apply AI and machine learning to improve operations and decision-making
• Partner with business and technology teams to optimize processes
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Help shape data strategy, governance, and analytics best practices

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
• Strong skills in Python and SQL
• Experience with AI/Machine Learning solutions
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms
• Data modeling and data warehouse experience
• Ability to translate complex business needs into analytical solutions
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to leadership

Preferred Experience

• Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar platforms
• Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools
• Predictive analytics and process optimization
• Leadership or mentoring experience
