Position: HRIS Analyst

\n

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

\n

Employment Type: Direct Hire

\n

Hours: 4/1 schedule (pick your WFH day), flexible M-F normal hours

\n

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 / Annually DOE

\n

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

\n

Role: Administers and supports the company's HR technology, primarily UKG Workforce Management (timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, configuration), plus HR reporting, data analysis, and system improvement projects.

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n
    \n
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain UKG Workforce Management
  • \n
  • Resolve system issues (timekeeping, integrations, access) and assess impacts of changes
  • \n
  • Support upgrades, testing, and new functionality rollouts
  • \n
  • Build and maintain HR/HRIS reports, dashboards, and metrics
  • \n
  • Validate and reconcile data across HR, payroll, and workforce systems
  • \n
  • Investigate data discrepancies and drive corrective action
  • \n
  • Train users and maintain system documentation
  • \n
  • Lead or contribute to HRIS projects and process improvements
  • \n

Requirements:

\n
    \n
  • Associate's degree (HR, IS, Business, or related) or equivalent experience
  • \n
  • 3–5 years in HRIS/workforce management systems; UKG WFM experience.
  • \n
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data analysis)
  • \n
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
  • \n
  • High attention to detail, especially for payroll- and compliance-related data
  • \n
