The Role

• Design specialized fluid control components using CAD tools to meet customer specifications.
• Generate detailed drawings, assembly drawings, and 3D models.
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with design engineers and manufacturing teams to ensure efficient and accurate designs.
• Convert sketches, customer layouts, and instructions into precise technical documentation.
• Perform necessary calculations and maintain project documentation.

What You'll Need

• Completion of a formal drafting program and 5+ years of drafting experience, or equivalent.
• Proven experience with CAD software, specifically Solidworks.
• Strong understanding of ASME Y14.5 GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Ability to manage design changes effectively and work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
