This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leadership development professional who can design, build and deliver impactful learning experiences for leaders across a large and complex organisation.
Working closely with an established Leadership Development Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping leadership capability, designing development programmes, and driving engagement across a population of approximately 400 leaders.
The Opportunity
This role has been created to provide additional support during a busy period of leadership development activity. You'll take ownership of several high-profile initiatives and be responsible for turning leadership development strategies into engaging and practical programmes that deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership Development Programme
A key priority will be the design and delivery of a new leadership development initiative for approximately 400 Single Accountable Leaders across the organisation.
Many of these leaders have previously completed a Leadership Immersion Programme, and the next phase is to create a one-day follow-on programme that reconnects participants and builds on their existing development journey.
Responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing the one-day leadership programme
- Identifying critical leadership capability areas and development needs
- Building engaging and relevant learning content
- Structuring delivery across cohorts of approximately 20 participants
- Planning programme logistics, scheduling and delivery
- Facilitating elements of the programme where appropriate
- Measuring engagement and programme effectiveness
Leadership Development Calendar
Working alongside the Leadership Development Manager, you'll help create and implement a quarterly leadership development calendar.
This will involve:
- Defining quarterly leadership themes and focus areas
- Designing learning interventions aligned to business priorities
- Creating a blend of development opportunities, including:
- Leadership workshops
- Virtual learning sessions
- Live webinars
- Peer learning opportunities
- Other development interventions
- Ensuring a consistent and engaging leadership development experience throughout the year
Stakeholder Engagement
Building strong relationships across the business will be central to success in this role.
You'll be responsible for:
- Partnering with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders
- Engaging senior leaders and programme participants
- Driving attendance and participation across all programmes
- Managing communications and follow-up activity
- Ensuring programmes are delivered successfully and achieve intended outcomes
