 Scope:

-Technical project management of a large scale software development delivery: mobile app for iOS and Android; Web app for employees; Web app for participants -Actively manage multiple team dependencies, organizational dependencies and track progress to ensure features are delivered on time to scope.

-Pro-actively liaison and unblock dependencies for the team via organizational communication -Report back status and issues -Ability to plan for new features and align timelines from current operational timeline to impact with new features and plan releases -Collaboration with team and product management and product owners 

 Software use and implementation - planning, training and scale up

-Training: create training guides and implementation approaches to add more projects to the software; and expand software use -Create documentation and standard operating procedures to scale use of the software by employees and participants (patients)

 Requirements: 

-5-10 years of software project delivery of custom software development with a portfolio of multiple products in a regulated environment -Technical ability to understand APIs at a high level, software development and design principles, etc. to communicate with a technical audience -Requires experience building 0-1 software. Not incremental project management of existing created product. 

-Interest and ability to work in the details with the team to advance the project. Hands on role. Not a manager/reporting role. 

-Advanced problem solving, pro-active, ability to solve for complexity creatively in regulated environments -Ability to motivate and organize a team to accomplish goals on time -Excellent project management skills: organization, detail oriented, time management -Ability to create project plans, multi swim lane, gantt, etc. 

-Ability to understand the big picture and strategy while operating in the details 

Optional:

-Healthcare product delivery experience

-Previous experience launching healthcare products and managing KPIs

 Required Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Certifications & Licensure:
-Strong familiarity with Scrum - Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (ACSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
