The Role

• Manage customer service for vehicle repairs, including in-person and phone interactions.
• Coordinate and prepare service appointments.
• Create repair orders and estimate costs.
• Provide technical consultation and advice to customers regarding their vehicle concerns.
• Handle customer complaints and warranty claims.
• Coordinate workshop activities and guide service technicians.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a vehicle mechatronics technician, preferably in the commercial vehicle sector.
• Qualification as a workshop master or certified service advisor is a plus.
• Experience in service advising is advantageous; career changers from the passenger car sector are also welcome.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is required.
• A self-driven, customer-oriented, and flexible work approach.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
