Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, empathy, and sincere hospitality.

Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumer - via phone and in person
Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
Giving studio tours
Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide 1st time guests through their first Orangetheory workout
Understanding people's needs and helping them find a solution to fit their goals and needs
Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
Following though on contacting prospective clients
Assisting current members with their needs in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
Participating in marketing, canvasing, and local community outreach and tabling events
Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
Compensation
Base hourly pay of $16.66
PLUS Commissions & Bonuses
