Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Power BI and Microsoft Fabric professional with experience in SQL, data analytics, reporting, and cloud migration. The role involves developing and supporting reporting solutions, analyzing business requirements, resolving technical issues, and contributing to the modernization of data platforms. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Power Platform, AWS services, and enterprise data management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and support reporting and analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

  • Write and optimize SQL queries to support data extraction, transformation, reporting, and analysis.

  • Work with Power Apps and the Microsoft Power Platform to support business solutions.

  • Support AWS Lambda functions and Amazon Redshift for cloud-based data processing and analytics.

  • Contribute to on-premises-to-cloud migration projects, including data migration, validation, and troubleshooting.

  • Work with PL/SQL and enterprise reporting tools to support data analysis and business reporting.

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues through troubleshooting, testing, incident management, and change requests.

  • Identify technical requirements and implement appropriate application, process, and data solutions.

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and project deliverables.

  • Support the development and delivery of end-user training materials and operational procedures.

  • Ensure technology deliverables follow applicable organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

  • Use monitoring and feedback to improve solution reliability, data quality, and operational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, reporting, data analytics, or a related technical field.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

  • Proficiency in SQL query development and optimization.

  • Working experience with PL/SQL.

  • Knowledge of Tableau and SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO).

  • Working knowledge of Power Apps and the Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Experience with AWS Lambda and Amazon Redshift.

  • Experience contributing to on-premises-to-cloud migration projects.

  • Understanding of IT lifecycle management, IT business process models, and standard IT processes.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to document technical solutions and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
