Sr. Product Designer

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Sr. Product Designer for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in Denver, Colorado.

Responsibilities:

• Provide design support to the Spectrum systems design team to support the following activities:
  • Rollout & Adoption Support for:
    • Sticker Sheet
    • Directory
    • Refactored Components & Design Tokens
  • Track & document adoption metrics across users
  • Creation of rollout training materials
  • Live education sessions with users to inform on usage guidelines for the above
  • Hands-on troubleshooting with users as-needed
  • Create & maintain a living document of updates, decisions, and rationales throughout rollout so teams can track changes and understand context
  • New Website Design - Phase 2
    • Define visual look & feel for new website experience
    • Define core functionality & interactions for new website experience
    • Validate feasibility with engineering through the creation of usable Figma prototypes
    • Documentation & handoff to development
    • Design & launch support through eng phases

Required Skills:

• Deep knowledge of Design Systems and fluent in Figma
