Key Responsibilities
- Execute hands-on network administration for complex, enterprise-impact operational tasks and changes.
- Maintain and improve enterprise network documentation.
- Provide technical leadership through guidance and consultation (non-supervisory).
- Consult on network design, enhancements, and integration aligned to current initiatives and future needs.
- Lead resolution of critical/recurring incidents, including deep troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Analyze network performance and capacity trends; drive optimization and continuous improvement.
- Define and enforce network security standards, operational policies, and governance practices.
