The Role

• Plan, coordinate, adapt, document, and ensure nursing care measures.
• Perform basic care according to individual needs.
• Administer medical treatments as prescribed by physicians, such as medication.
• Engage respectfully with clients' and their families' self-care abilities, needs, and wishes.
• Collaborate closely with all professional departments within the facility.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse (e.g., Geriatric Nurse, General Nurse, or Health and Nursing Professional).
• Ideally, prior professional experience in hospital and/or geriatric nursing.
• Familiarity with computer-assisted nursing documentation.
• Personal resilience, emotional stability, and patience when interacting with clients and their families.
