Registered Nurse | Bockhorn, Germany | On-site
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a unique assisted living community that offers an attractive alternative to traditional nursing homes. This innovative model combines high-quality, flexible care and support with a strong emphasis on humanity, well-being, and quality of life.
The Role
- Plan, coordinate, adapt, document, and ensure nursing care measures.
- Perform basic care according to individual needs.
- Administer medical treatments as prescribed by physicians, such as medication.
- Engage respectfully with clients' and their families' self-care abilities, needs, and wishes.
- Collaborate closely with all professional departments within the facility.
What You'll Need
- Completed training as a Registered Nurse (e.g., Geriatric Nurse, General Nurse, or Health and Nursing Professional).
- Ideally, prior professional experience in hospital and/or geriatric nursing.
- Familiarity with computer-assisted nursing documentation.
- Personal resilience, emotional stability, and patience when interacting with clients and their families.
