IT Program/Project Manager- W2 or C2C

Introduction:

As a Senior Project/Program Manager for our client OSAIC, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various IT projects and programs. You will play a key role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects and programs from initiation to closure
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate project resources and ensure deliverables are met
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
• Risk management and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager in the IT industry
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Solid organizational and time management abilities
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor''s degree in IT or related field
• PMP certification is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems
• Experience with H1B transfer and I-140 porting
• Master''s degree in IT or related field
• Experience working with remote teams
• Ability to travel as needed
