PEGA System Architect Customer Service, Constellation, Hybrid

We have an immediate need for an experienced PEGA System Architect with strong expertise in PEGA Customer Service (CS), Constellation, and enterprise application architecture to design, develop, and implement scalable PEGA-based customer service solutions.

This is a hybrid position based in Sunnyvale, CA, or Austin, TX. Candidates should have expertise in PEGA Customer Service, Constellation, solution architecture, application design and development, API integrations, code reviews, release management, deployments, and technical documentation.

No subcontracting is permitted on this position. Candidates must be willing to work directly on our payroll.
