Job Description

Role: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Engineer
Location: Research Triangle Park, NC – Hybrid

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Develop and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations.
  • Build integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM, WMS, and external systems.
  • Work with EDI/B2B integrations, JSON and XML payloads, and field mapping.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and connectivity problems.
  • Implement error handling, exception management, retry, and reprocessing mechanisms.
  • Work with functional and technical teams to understand integration requirements.
  • Support Sales Order, Shipment, Inventory, Transfer Order, and Receipt integrations.
  • Develop integrations for:
    • Sales Order submission
    • Shipment requests
    • Pick/Pack/Ship confirmations
    • Inventory synchronization
    • Shipment and receipt confirmations
    • Transfer Orders
    • Exception and retry processing
  • Monitor integrations and resolve production issues.
Oracle Fusion Order Management Experience
Candidates should have a good understanding of Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM), including:
  • Order capture and order orchestration
  • Fulfillment lines
  • Scheduling and fulfillment
  • Shipping and invoicing
  • Sales Orders
  • Transfer Orders
  • Back-to-Back Orders
  • Drop Ship Orders
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
  • Return Material Authorization (RMA)
  • Return orders and return types
  • Receiving, inspection, and disposition
  • Credit and refund flows
Required Skills
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) – Mandatory
  • Strong experience with Sales Order integrations
  • Strong experience with Inventory integrations
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM
  • Oracle Fusion Order Management
  • WMS integrations
  • EDI/B2B concepts
  • JSON and XML
  • Data mapping and transformation
