The Role

• Presenting and advising on new therapeutic approaches and products within the specialized field.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with medical professionals, hospital staff, and key decision-makers.
• Independently planning and conducting training sessions, presentations, and events.
• Analyzing market data and monitoring competitors for strategic sales development.
• Collaborating effectively with internal departments such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Pharmareferent according to § 75 AMG or a completed degree in Natural Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine.
• In-depth knowledge of the described responsibilities and a passion for sales and consulting in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, combined with a customer-centric mindset.
• Independent and structured work approach, team spirit, and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel and a valid Class B driver's license.
