Field CISO (OT/ICS) EMEA (m/f/d) - AUVESY GmbH

We are looking for a Field CISO (OT/ICS) to serve as the credible, practitioner-level voice of OT security and resilience in our sales process. This role is designed to bridge the gap between generalist solution engineering and the deep technical expertise required by customer security and operations leadership.
Activities
- Serve as the senior technical and strategic voice in customer conversations with CISOs, VPs of OT/Plant Security, and operations leadership. - Partner with Account Executives and Solution Engineers on strategic and enterprise opportunities. - Address complex questions on OT-specific risk, including segmentation, air-gapped and hybrid environments, and recovery time objectives. - Design and deliver ongoing training for internal teams on OT security, resilience, and asset inventory topics. - Represent the company's point of view at industry events, customer roundtables, and OT security forums.
Requirements
- 8+ years in OT/ICS security, industrial operations, or plant floor technical leadership. - Hands-on experience with backup, disaster recovery, configuration/change management, or OT asset visibility. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology (IT), or related fields. - Working knowledge of OT/IT convergence dynamics and risk-based prioritization. - Ability to travel up to 40% to customer sites and industry events.
