Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 TEC, inclusive of superannuation
Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer
Level: Entry level. Full training provided.
Must have: Strong Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, large exports), analytical curiosity, clear written English, takes direction well.
Nice to have: SQL, Power BI, IT ticket writing, business or data related degree.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to sit between sales, operations and technology. You will run the reporting, work the data, write the IT tickets and help keep our product and technology roadmap moving. Excel is your main tool and your entry point into everything else.
What you will do
- Build and run recurring reporting: weekly sales pack, monthly results, pipeline and activity reporting
- Clean and structure data exports from multiple systems and turn them into something the business can act on
- Write clear IT tickets and track them through to delivery with the technology team
- Maintain the product and technology roadmaps and keep priorities current
- Test what gets built before it goes live
- Answer ad hoc questions from the business with numbers and a recommendation

What we are looking for
- Strong Excel: formulas, lookups, pivot tables and working with large exports
- Analytical instinct; you want to know why the number moved
- Clear writing; you can write an instruction someone else can follow
- Comfortable taking direction, running with a task and coming back with an answer
- Curiosity about systems and data. SQL, Power BI or ticket writing exposure is a bonus
Recent graduates in business, commerce, data or information systems are strongly encouraged to apply.
