Junior Civil Estimator

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Junior Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing civil construction environment, managing a high volume of incoming requests with accuracy. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of the bidding process, from initial invitations to final proposal organization.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-bid meetings and job walks to assess project scope and requirements.
• Assist with all incoming bids and proposals.
• Follow up with stakeholders to address questions and clarify details.
• Handle a high volume of incoming requests efficiently and promptly.
• Assist with Project Estimating Takeoffs
• Assist with Vendor Solicitations
• Assist with Estimating Folder handoff upon Award

• Proven experience in the commercial construction industry is required.
• Previous experience with HCSS Heavy Bid is strongly recommended.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• $60,000 - 85,000 annual salary (based on experience)
