Systems Administrator with Security Clearance

Position Title: Systems Administrator Location: San Diego, CA Clearance Requirements: None Pay Rate: $50.00/hr

Position Description: Our client is seeking a dedicated Systems Administrator for an on-site role in San Diego, CA. This position supports critical U.S. Department of Defense and federal agency operations, providing expert management of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems engineering. As a key team member, you will maintain system integrity, perform software and hardware upgrades, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure optimal system performance. The role involves administering Active Directory, managing PKI credentials, and supporting secure and compliant IT environments. Ideal candidates will have experience supporting government IT systems and a strong focus on cybersecurity best practices.

• 100% onsite in San Diego, CA
• Active Secret clearance
• Must have an active IAT II-qualifying certification (e.g., Security+, CySA+)
• 3-5+ years of Systems Administrator experience
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, GPO, WSUS
