FC Industries Inc., a family-owned metalworking manufacturer in Dayton, OH, is seeking a Human Resources professional to support our growing workforce. In this on-site role, you'll handle full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades, coordinate onboarding and training, maintain HRIS and employee records, and assist with benefits administration. You'll support supervisors with employee relations, performance and attendance issues, and promote a safe, team-oriented culture grounded in continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades and office roles
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and training logistics
• Maintain accurate HRIS, personnel files, and compliance documentation
• Support benefits enrollment, changes, and employee questions
• Assist supervisors with employee relations and performance discussions
• Track attendance, leaves, and FMLA/ADA documentation
• Support safety and workforce initiatives aligned with company culture
• Help develop and communicate HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate recognition, engagement, and retention activities
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and staffing needs
