Leading Psychologist (m/f/d) | Tarp, Germany | On-site

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated psychologist to take on a leadership role within a prominent psychiatric facility. This role offers the opportunity to shape psychological treatment at the highest professional level, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration in a renowned healthcare institution known for its comprehensive patient care and commitment to innovation.

The Role

  • Lead and manage the psychological team, working closely with senior management as part of the clinic's leadership team.
  • Provide independent patient care within your specialization, including individual and group therapies, ensuring the highest quality of treatment.
  • Actively contribute to a multidisciplinary team comprising medical, psychological, and co- and therapeutic colleagues.
  • Ensure the continuity of individual treatment plans and oversee patient file screening.

What You'll Need

  • Completed Psychology degree (Diploma or Master) and a license as a Psychological Psychotherapist.
