Investor Relations Executive – Financial Services

A leading investment management business is looking to hire an Investor Relations Executive to join its Retail Investor Relations team.

The role will focus on providing a high level of service to retail investors and their financial advisers, managing incoming queries by telephone and email, and supporting the administration of a range of investment products.

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle investor and adviser queries accurately and efficiently via phone and email.
2. Manage investor transfers, exits and other administration processes.
3. Support the implementation and ongoing use of an investor portal.
4. Assist with investor communications, including valuations, reports, factsheets and announcements.
5. Support the wider Sales team and assist with client meetings and investor events.
6. Identify opportunities to improve processes, service levels and client retention.

Ideal candidate:

1. 1–2+ years' experience in a client-facing or customer service role, ideally within Financial Services.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.
