Position 1: Job Title: Tech Lead – Python & AWS
Location: USA Remote
Experience: 6–12 years (6–10 years relevant)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to lead the design and development of scalable, secure cloud applications using Python and AWS. The candidate will guide engineering teams, ensure code quality, and promote AI-assisted development practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical design, code reviews, and development best practices.
  • Build and maintain Python-based backend services, REST APIs, and AWS applications.
  • Leverage AI coding tools for development, testing, debugging, and code optimization.
  • Ensure application security, performance, CI/CD, and production reliability.
  • Mentor developers, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills:
  • Strong Python development and AWS cloud architecture experience.
  • Experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
  • Expertise in backend services, APIs, code reviews, and CI/CD.
  • Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
  • Good to have: Go (Golang).
 
Position2:
Job Title: Technical Manager – Python & AWS
Location: USA Remote
Experience: 8–14 years (8–12 years relevant)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead engineering teams in developing scalable, secure cloud applications using Python and AWS. The candidate should have strong technical leadership, solution design, and AI-assisted engineering experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams and oversee solution design.
  • Develop Python-based REST APIs and microservices using AWS.
  • Drive AI-assisted coding, debugging, testing, and code optimization.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, security, and production deployments.
  • Monitor delivery progress, resolve technical challenges, and ensure software quality.
Required Skills:
  • Python, REST APIs, microservices, and AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, IAM).
  • AI tools: GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q Developer, or Cursor.
  • CI/CD, automated testing, application security, and cloud-native architecture.
  • Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
  • Good to have: Go (Golang).
