Full Stack Software Engineer (AI-Assisted Development)

Position Overview

We are looking for experienced Senior Full Stack Developers with hands-on Agentic AI development experience to design, build, and deploy scalable enterprise applications integrated with AI agents and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Candidates must have strong full stack development skills and practical experience developing Agentic AI solutions within the last two years.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, Angular, Node.js, or equivalent technologies.
• Build and deploy Agentic AI solutions involving autonomous agents, multi-agent workflows, and intelligent automation.
• Integrate LLMs using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent platforms.
• Develop AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Implement tool calling, API integrations, RAG, and agent orchestration.
• Develop scalable REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
• Optimize application performance, databases, and backend services.
• Deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Troubleshoot production issues, monitor performance, and ensure application reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on full stack software development experience.
• Recent hands-on Agentic AI development experience (2025–2026) is mandatory.
• Strong backend development experience with Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, Python, or equivalent.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Practical experience building AI agents using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs into enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, databases, and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying Agentic AI solutions into production.
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, MCP, and multi-agent architectures.
• Experience with Java performance optimization and enterprise application scalability.
• Familiarity with AI observability, security, and LLMOps.
• Experience supporting high-volume enterprise applications.

Important Screening Criteria

Candidates must demonstrate actual hands-on development of Agentic AI applications within the past two years, including their specific technical contributions.

Note: This requirement is specifically for Full Stack Developers with Agentic AI experience, not Data Engineers or candidates with only theoretical AI knowledge.
