Job Description

Physical Therapist (PT) | Full-Time | Outpatient | 2696 N. Galloway Ave., Suite 101, Mesquite, TX 75150

Join North Texas Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Center, a H2 Health company, as a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) in Mesquite, Texas.

This is an opportunity to practice in an outpatient environment where the clinician experience matters. Our full-time clinicians typically see approximately 10–12 patient visits per day, with strong administrative support and access to Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to help reduce documentation burden and keep more of your day focused on patient care.

Whether you’re an experienced Physical Therapist or a new graduate starting your career, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills, contribute your ideas, and work alongside a supportive team that values quality care and professional development.

At our Mesquite clinic, you’ll treat a diverse outpatient population with orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, balance, chronic pain, and work-related rehabilitation needs. The location also offers aquatic therapy, giving clinicians an additional treatment option for patients who may benefit from a reduced-impact rehabilitation environment.

Your Role:

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care
  • Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy, and functional training
  • Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and return to activity
  • Educate patients on recovery, movement, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
  • Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to coordinate high-quality care
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
  • CPR certification, if applicable
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care
  • New graduates are welcome; outpatient experience is not required
  • Competitive Compensation
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • medical, dental, and vision coverage,
  • PTO and paid holidays,
  • 401(k) with company match,
  • tuition loan reimbursement, and additional benefit options.

Workplace Experience & Perks

  • Monday–Friday outpatient environment
  • Flexible scheduling opportunities
  • Approximately 10–12 patient visits per day
  • Scribe AI-powered documentation support
  • H2U continuing education and live CEU opportunities
  • Professional growth and career advancement
  • Supportive, collaborative culture with room to take initiative and grow

If you’re looking for an outpatient PT role where you can build strong patient relationships, continue developing clinically, and work with a team that supports you along the way, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and grow your career with North Texas Physical Therapy and H2 Health.
