Marketing Chief of Staff

Virtual Tech Gurus (VTG) is looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager to drive marketing strategy, content, campaigns, and execution while working closely with Sales and Executive Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B marketing strategy and campaign execution
• Manage content strategy, messaging, and brand consistency
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and deliverables
• Use AI tools, Apollo, CRM, and marketing automation
• Track lead generation, pipeline performance, and ROI
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing Operations, and Leadership

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of B2B Marketing / Marketing Operations
• Strong Content Strategy & Campaign Management
• Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, Apollo, and AI tools
• SaaS, Technology, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, or IT Services experience preferred
• Strong project management and communication skills
