Data Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a Data Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision-making by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting business data. The ideal candidate will work with structured and unstructured data, identify trends and patterns, develop reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights to business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.

• Work with databases, data warehouses, and cloud-based data platforms.

• Use Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools to communicate insights.

• Perform data quality checks and resolve data inconsistencies.

• Translate business requirements into data analysis and reporting solutions.

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc analytical reports for stakeholders.

• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, software teams, and management.

• Support KPI development, performance tracking, and business intelligence initiatives.

• Document data sources, processes, reports, and analytical methodologies.

• Assist with automation and improvement of recurring reporting processes.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience or knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other BI platforms.

• Understanding of data analysis, data visualization, and reporting.

• Basic knowledge of data warehousing and ETL concepts.

• Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful insights.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Python or R for data analysis.

• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with data modeling and business intelligence concepts.

• Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting.

• Experience with tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.

• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application to business data.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Master's degree is a plus but not required.

Experience

• Entry-level candidates and entry level candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Internship, academic, project, or hands-on experience with data analysis is a plus.
