Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented technician to join our team for a high-volume accessibility remediation project!

Location & Work Setup

Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (Must reside locally in the Atlanta, GA area)
Shift: EST
Equipment: Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) with high-speed internet & WebLink capability

The Role at a Glance Perform document remediation on static digital files (PDFs, Word, PowerPoint) to ensure complete accessibility compliance. You will update document structures, verify compliance using automated tools and manual QA, and coordinate directly with webmasters.

Key Skills Required

PDF Remediation & Editing: Hands-on experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro or similar PDF software modifying tags, headings, reading order, alt text, and tables.
High-Volume QA / Data Entry: Background in document processing, file management, or quality assurance.
Equidox Software: Experience with Equidox is highly desired.
Technical Aptitude: Strong attention to detail, file organization skills, and ability to follow technical workflows.
