The Role

• Carry out joinery work on domestic properties, including new installations and repairs.
• Work to specifications and collaborate with supervisors and schedulers to meet deadlines.
• Ensure work is completed to the highest quality standards and protect customer properties.
• Liaise with colleagues and clients to deliver excellent service and support KPIs.
• Maintain professionalism, complete required documentation, and follow Health & Safety guidelines.
• Support or train apprentices as needed.

What You'll Need

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in joinery, or equivalent experience via 'time-served' assessment.
• A valid UK driving license.
• Technical competence in joinery and the ability to work to strict deadlines and high-quality standards.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to undertake multi-skilling tasks.
• Ideally, IT literate or willing to learn software-based systems.
• Ability to pass a satisfactory Basic DBS check.
