Business Analyst – Remote

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support business operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and assist with the development of effective solutions. This is a fully remote position requiring strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, review, and document business requirements.
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational data.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and project documentation.
• Track requirements, action items, and project progress.
• Assist with testing and implementation of process or system improvements.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support ongoing business initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and documentation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
• Previous business analysis or related experience is preferred but not required.
• Training and onboarding will be provided.
