Job Description

Erzieher (m/w/d) | Prien am Chiemsee, Germany | On-site

We're hiring for a leading national psychiatric hospital group renowned for its specialized psychosomatic care and academic partnerships across Germany. Join a dedicated team of over 790 professionals committed to providing exceptional treatment to approximately 3,100 patients annually, including adolescents.

The Role

  • Co-therapeutically conduct patient support sessions to guide and deepen the therapeutic process.
  • Plan, structure, and lead co-therapeutic group sessions to foster participant exchange and development.
  • Accompany patients during meals and exposure therapy to aid stabilization and self-efficacy.
  • Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing observations and assessments.
  • Provide holistic and empathetic individual support to patients throughout their treatment.
  • Work within a structured shift system to ensure continuous patient care and support.

What You'll Need

  • Completed vocational training as an Educator (m/f/d).
  • Ideally, experience in psychosomatics, psychiatry, or residential care settings.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for your work.
  • A respectful, professional, and empathetic demeanor towards patients and their families.
  • Curiosity for new topics and a commitment to professional development.
