HR Analyst / HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Analyst / HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential employee information while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Process and track HR transactions including hires, promotions, transfers, separations, and retirements.
• Support recruitment activities such as job postings, interview coordination, hiring documentation, and candidate communication.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and required HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR tracking systems.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, leave, payroll, and other HR programs.
• Manage offboarding activities and employee separations.
• Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and employee communications.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate HR operations.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service.

✅ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
✅ Human Resources experience (HR Generalist, HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or related role)
✅ Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, or HR operations
✅ Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
✅ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems

• Experience in public sector, government, or large enterprise environments
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and personnel transactions
• Knowledge of HR policies, employee benefits, and payroll processes
