Location: Welwyn Garden City

Hours: Full‑time, permanent

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits

The Opportunity

Nter Talent are currently looking for a Facilities Manager who can take ownership of our sites, raise standards, and keep our operations running smoothly across both Welwyn Garden City and wider sites.

If you’re someone who thrives in fast‑paced industrial environments, knows how to manage contractors, and can balance compliance with practical problem‑solving, this is a role where you’ll genuinely make an impact.

What you’ll be responsible for

· Running day‑to‑day facilities operations at our 120,000 sq ft WGC Distribution Centre and involvement with wider sites across the UK

· Providing FM leadership and governance support to our Corwen manufacturing site

· Keeping both sites safe, compliant and fully operational

· Managing PPM schedules, statutory inspections and rapid‑response maintenance

· Leading Health & Safety, Environmental and Fire Safety compliance

· Owning asset management, refurbishments and facilities‑related capital projects

· Ensuring warehouse infrastructure (racking, dock levellers, shutters, equipment) is maintained to high standards

· Overseeing security systems, CCTV, alarms and access control

· Driving sustainability initiatives and environmental compliance

· Managing FM budgets, supplier contracts, tenders and SLAs

· Leading and developing a small facilities team

· Building strong relationships with Operations, Engineering, H&S and senior leadership

What you’ll bring

· 5+ years’ facilities management experience in distribution, logistics, manufacturing or industrial environments

· Experience managing multi‑site operations

· Strong contractor and supplier management capability

· Solid understanding of UK H&S and facilities legislation

· Experience managing budgets and capital projects

· A proactive, organised, commercially aware approach

· Ability to balance priorities across busy operational sites
